As a User Experience Designer, I create experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. I believe research is essential to identify the right problems to solve, and doing so often requires a lean approach and earning trust with partners and stakeholders. I follow an iterative design process of prototyping and testing to support successful collaboration and outcomes.
My path to UX began with visual design. As a user interface designer, I partnered with user experience colleagues, and found the most satisfaction in projects that helped users complete tasks easily and efficiently. This led me to enroll in the Human-Computer Interaction program at DePaul University and ultimately complete a graduate degree. I’m currently a User Experience Design Lead at JPMorganChase, focused on merchant workflows within the Payments Commerce space.
A few words that describe me are curious, collaborative, empathetic, and organized. I live in the Chicago suburbs and enjoy spending time outdoors, knitting, watercolor painting, reading both fiction and non-fiction, and practicing Aikido and Zen meditation.
